EAGLE A are champions of the Spotland 501 league.
Their 5-2 victory over Comrades last week ensured top spot.
Bricklayers, who beat the Donkey by the odd game in seven, are assured of second place in the Premier Division.
A 4-3 victory for Weavers over Gale Inn gave them the First Division title. Church Inn sealed the runners-up position with a 5-2 success against Bird In Hand.
With a month to go in the Second Division, things are far from settled. Only three points separate the top three teams.
Going into Thursday night's games Royal Hotel were top with 37 points, one more than New Inn and three more than Queens.
An annual contest settled on Monday night was the Veterans' KO. It was won by Billy Moss of Spotland Reform. In the final he beat Joe Smart from the Midland Beer Company 3-1. Beaten in the semi-finals were Black Dog's Roy Barker and Dave Ambrose from the Brownhill.
Reigning champions New Inn (Dearnley) made it 10 wins from as many outings last week in the Littleborough Men's League and they sit proudly at the top of the table. Their most recent victory, by six games to one, came against High Sherriff.
