Wednesday’s the day for coach Hall

HORNETS' coach Martin Hall is due to find out tomorrow (Wednesday) whether his contract with the club was going to be renewed.

The Board of Directors were expected to hold a meeting tonight (Tuesday) and inform Hall tomorrow of their intentions for the future.

Hornets supporters will hope a deal is resolved today and that Hall will stay on as coach after the success he has brought to the club. The Spotland outfit have been involved in the Northern Ford Premiership play-offs for the last two seasons, just losing out to Oldham both times.

Hornets have been left in limbo while contract negotiations take place. Hall's contract officially expired last week and, until his immediate future is finalised, he has been unable to hold talks with potential signings for next season or discuss contracts with current players.
