Musangu is star of away win

MILNROW Cobras under 11s travelled on Sunday to take on Chorley Panthers.
It was a closely fought encounter, with both teams defending well.
Chad Rush inspired the visiting forwards with his hard tackling.
Cumiskey threaded the ball to Dawson who scored the first try for Milnrow.
This opened up the game.
Adam Leonard and Joe Buckley kept Chorley at bay with some tough tackling.
When Jonathan Musangu got the ball there was no stopping him, and his pace brought a score in the corner.
Chorley steaded the ship with a superb try before Dylan Critchley scored a well-worked effort for Milnrow.
With half time looming Callum Dawson grabbed his second try of the game.
Chorley came out for the second half with all guns blazing and scored two tries in quick succession.
This kick-started Milnrow and they played some terrific rugby, Musangu grabbing two tries to win the game.
Player of the match, chosen by Chorley, was Jonathan Musangu. The coach’s award went to Critchley.
