COUNCILLOR Mohammed Sharif was elected to our Council in 2003, in a historic night he won the seat of Central and Falinge, breaking a Labour monopoly that had gone on since the eighties. Sharif has been an active member of the party since 1975 - taking part in numerous Local, European and General Elections.
