Youth stabbed in crash brawl

A TEENAGER was stabbed in the stomach during a brawl following a minor car crash in Norden.
The 19-year-old is being treated at Rochdale Infirmary after he was stabbed in the stomach, shoulder and buttocks.
Doctors have described his condition as serious, but not life-threatening.
The teenager, thought to be from Shawclough, was attacked during a brawl which broke out after the car he was travelling in bumped into another vehicle outside Norden Car Sales, Edenfield Road, at about 9pm on Monday.
His friend was also treated for minor injuries after he was knocked to the floor during the fracas and has been discharged from hospital.
Two boys, aged 15 and 16, have been arrested in connection with the incident.
