Family fun at the park

FAMILIES are invited to enjoy summer activities at Fun in the Park on Thursday 7 August.
A host of games and activities is taking place in Balderstone Park and at the nearby library.
They include a nature trail, craft activities, sawdust maze, bug hunt and Bookstart book crawl.
The event, staged in partnership with Rochdale Council’s library service and Sandbrook Children’s Centre, will run from 1.30pm to 3pm.
And throughout the summer local libraries will hold regular sessions for families and young children.
