A 17-year-old boy has been arrested after a boy was stabbed in Rochdale last night, Sunday 3 February 2008.
Police were called to Rochdale Bus Station on Smith Street at about 7.30pm to a report that a 16-year-old boy had been stabbed.
The boy was taken to hospital with a stab wound to his lower back where he remains in a stable condition.
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of section 18 wounding and is currently in police custody.
