THIS year’s pantomime, Cinderella, is currently wowing the crowds at the Gracie Fields Theatre.
Former Oulder Hill School pupil Helen Owen is making her pantomime debut as Cinderella.
Director Colin Meredith and Roy Carruthers are the ugly sisters and Kathryn George, who starred in Hollyoaks, makes a welcome return as the Fairy Godmother.
Chucklevision regular David Williams is Baron Hardup and principal boy Carly Griggs plays Prince Charming.
Dandini is played by Annmarie Hosell and local actor Ian Curran makes a welcome return to play children’s favourite Buttons.
The high-energy show is full of popular songs for the audience to join in with.
It runs until 6 January.
Tickets are £14 for adults, £11 senior citizens, children £10 and family tickets are £44.
