Death crash driver's 70mph in bus lane.
19/ 8/2008
A DRIVER who knocked down and killed a 19-year-man while racing another car at up to 70mph has been jailed for six years.
Ghulam Hussain, aged 28, of Deeplish Road, Deeplish, was found guilty of causing death by dangerous driving when he appeared at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on Friday.
He was driving at speeds and anybody who drives at those speeds are aware if they hit somebody they will be killed or maimed for life.
Putthe shoe on the other foot, if one of your loved died because some filth waste of life was driving like you would wantt o hand the guy.
He deserves longer and but i hope the time he is in there gives him time to think and be remorseful.
It is the LAw which is to lenient, harsh sentences will deter this kind of driving and other driveing offences!
My thoughts are with the family of the poor lad who died tragically in this.

Getting into a car with NO insurance NO LICENCE..Driving in a bus lane at 70mph in a STUPID CHILDISH car race with another driver...Was just an accident was it (islam for life!!) ??????
Would you be so forgiving if it was your father,Brother,Son that was MURDERED by a driver that had no regard to anyone walking the streets that day!!

Idiot!
This conviction - along with the previous one - means exactly that this waste of oxygen is a CRIMINAL.
Just because you (supposedly) share a religion with this filth don't let that blind you to it's crimes - this cretin is responsible for the loss of a human life through his stupidity, arrogance & carelessness.

So the maximum sentence is 15 years for this offence. He drives at 70mph racing another car in a bus lane in a built up area, without a full licence or insurance and he kills somebody. And he was a coward and denied the charge. And he gets just 6 years and will be able to drive again when he gets out.
What did he have to do to get somewhere near 15 years? I hope he gets treated with appropriate disrespect when living at Her Majestys pleasure.

On a provisional licence!!!! - This was surely murder and he only got 6 years for it. maybe the relations of the deceased will pay this man a 'visit' when he is relaesed in about 2 years. - I would!
