A DEEPLISH man has today (Friday 15 Aug) been jailed for six years for causing the death of 19-year-old man in a high speed collision.

Ghulam Hussain, aged 28, of Deeplish Road, was racing another driver at about 70mph along Ashton Road, Oldham, on 27 July 2007 when his Nissan Primera hit Craig Stuart Borland, of Greengate, as he tried to cross the road.

   Spot on MPs GT.

It is the justice system again that lets these scum get away with this.

It applies right across the spectrum of scum like these for all crimes.

We (GB) have become a soft touch and no wonder you get all the scum from other countries coming here and applying there scum trade because the MUPPETS who call themselves judges and magistrates haven't got a clue.

Scum. Thats the best description. He was doing 70mph in a residential area racing another car and travelling in a bus lane. He kills someone and then acts like a coward and pleads not guilty so that the victims family go through hell in court. He wasn't a teenage yob but somebody old enough to know better.

The maximum sentence is 14 years. He gets 6. What the ruddy hell do you have to do to get 14 years? And he gets a 5 year driving ban that runs whilst he is inside. So when he comes out he can drive again.

I despair at our justice system sometimes
