Yet again pathetic sentences no wonder the streets are full of drug dealers making money hand over fist while honest decent people work. Build more prisons & minimum sentences of 10 years for the scum that get away with making the UK a playground for criminals NO wonder i emigrated! Mrs Tomlinson Australia

I agree with the preceding comments re 18 months being a lenient sentence. These individuals have no doubt made a lot of money somewhere in some swiss bank account. Assets should have been seized and a much hasher sentence of at least 10 years for all drugs offences. They have got off very lightly indeed.

It does not say whether the criminals' assets were seized, which can be done to prevent released convicts benefitting from drug-money.

18 month jail sentence is joke, again it highlights the factthe Police do their job but the muppets who run the system and sit courts calling themselves Judges/Magistrates need to be reviewed (IDIOTS).

Lets all give up our jobs do drugs and get 18 months ... what a farce ....... Britian is an easy touch for the freeloaders and drug dealers.

As for teh comment made about his homeland .... do start that rubbish, his homeland is Britain and that is the sentence he got ... if you are talking about homeland lets not talk about increasing sentences .... get rid of the scum and deport them!!!

As for his accomplice who is probably born here hit him with 15 years!

18 months for £1m worth of drugs.

i need to quit working, paying tax and NI and do drugs.

seriously this sentance is a complete farce, how are the other dealers and potential dealers supposed to be detered by this sentance.

they will look at this and say i can do 18 months ( out in half ) and still be quids in.

these scum need to be locked up and the key thrown away.

the law in this country is a joke
