Tributes to crash victim
Damon Wilkinson22/ 5/2008
THE family of a teenage motorcyclist killed in a rush-hour accident have paid tribute to the ‘nicest, funniest, most lovable lad you could meet’.
Zachary Storm Taylor, 17, of Stiups Lane, Turf Hill, died on Monday morning after attempting to overtake a BMW as he rode along Bury Road.
He was thrown from his Suzuki motorbike and collided with a Peugeot 206 travelling in the opposite direction.

at times like this, its easy to say, "he was a lovely lad", but in zac's case it was true. i 1st met him around 5 yrs ago when he came to a festival with us. that day i met a funny, pleasant polite and caring young man, a man that was a leader not a follower, and it was always a pleasure to see him after that. i just wish i had the right words to say what lots of people are feeling...

I first met Zac on the day he was born, he was a beautiful baby who grew into a beautiful young man. Zac would light any room with his wicked sense of humour, his endless smile and his infectious laugh. He was always someone you could rely on and was always more than willing to help. Everybody that knew Zac has been left devastated by this tragic news. I feel honoured to have watched him grow and to have shared so many happy times doing all the daft things we did. night night beautiful boy and sweet dreams... I miss you so much I cant bear it. I'll carry you with me in my heart always...Paula x

In the short time I have known Zac he has made such a wonderful difference to my life. I moved north for a quality of life and he has given me that. He always had a cheeky smile and a warm welcome for everyone, he had values which many young men lack, a personality second to none and he will leave a big gap in this world which can't be filled. Love you always Paul (wicked)
