Pity we can't give them the same treatment they should have at least been imprisoned for a long period. I just can't understand how anyone can treat defensless animals in such a manner.

what a disgrace these people are how can you 'ignore' the fact that there are living creatures on your property that need food, water, excercise and care. From the state of the yard these idiots dont even know how to take care of themselves and should never be trusted with the welfare of any living thing. Ten years is not long enough it should be LIFE.

   What where the neighbours doing?

Somebody must have spotted this animal starving .

The whole family should have been handed out a prison sentance as a warning to other idiots who get animals as cute puppies and haven't got a clue to look after them.

Hope she rots the evil witch.

things like this make me sick!! why do people have pets if they can't look after them. how would they like to be locked up in a cage with no food. if they didn't want them they could they gave the 2 dogs away instead of doing this to them. im sure the owners could see how much it was wrong and how much weight they was losing to think oh i need to feed my dogs.
