Battle of the bulge

TWO weeks into my slimming efforts and things are on the up.

I’m feeling healthier, fitter – and definitely thinner – and the plan seems to be getting easier to follow by the day.

   Well, running, exercise ect. did the trick for me, only 13 but I refuse to be called, 'Couch Potato', so I took up running and now do about 4 mile a week, run every night where possible, and a big run at weekend, instead of eating less or different food. And why do people give the excuses, you want to lose weight or get fitter. EXERCISE
