Plan 3 - Wilson Bowden Development

WILSON Bowden Developments has plans for a new opening to the retail area called John Bright Circle.

The developers, who are currently involved with the Kingsway Business Park masterplan, want to fit an iconic sculpture at the heart of their scheme in the hope it will become the symbol of Rochdale.

   wow - looking at the artists impression- we are going to get blue trams that don't run on rails but mow down shell suited pedestrians.
