Hero PC tells of dash to save blaze pensioner

A HERO policeman has spoken for the first time of how he charged into a blazing Brimrod home to save a pensioner’s life.

PC David Martin risked his own life to rescue 79-year-old Jack Crandon when his Roch Valley Way home went up in flames.

   Well done David 51 and still working the streets and protecting people and locking up scum during days that even young men and women sit at home on the dole. Congratulations to you and your family. In Rochdale we have a great Police Force and I enjoy reading about them going out there locking up the scum
