All the council are unanimous on this proposal and strict operating conditions will be placed on the man from Wales without question.

   Elwyn Watkins is right when he says it all now depends on the council officers doing a proper job on the conditions. But can we have any faith in this after the shenanigans of Cllr William Hobhouse over the last week? I just hope the officers are nothing like Hobhouse.
